Design and implement Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program company wide which meets both Wal-Mart
and TCEQ Standards, while remaining efficient, functional, and effective for field personnel using the system.
Designed and implemented, from the ground up, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.) Program to
meet Department of Homeland Security, I.C.E., and Wal-Mart standards of effectiveness for eliminating
undocumented workers on current jobsites. This program incorporates Government Pilot Programs and
Employee verification software.
Assist in Project Management operations, scheduling, accounting, and problems resolution.

Land Clearing for Residential Development. Operated backhoes, bulldozers, bush hog, front-end loaders, dump
truck, and street sweeper. Responsible for project clean up and compliance on a daily basis.
Performed framing inspection checklist to insure structural components were intact prior to cover up. Worked on
interior trim crew installing crown, base window and door framing, stair treads, and risers.
Performed daily site work perimeter inspections for cleanliness, safety, silt fencing, and general labor duties as
