EXPERIENCE
09/2007–09/2009 Sr. Programmer / Analyst, Trinity Millennium Group, San Antonio, TX.
Completed the conversion of a large FAA Flight Standards Aviation System (FSAS) NATURAL
system to VB.net and SQL Server. Was the maintenance lead for any bugs found in the FSAS
System. Worked on the conversion / rewrite of the On-Line FAA Enforcement Information System
(EIS) COBOL programs to VB.net and SQL Server.
11/2000–3/2007 Programmer/Systems Analyst IV, CPS Energy, San Antonio, TX.
Was assigned to the Geographical Information System (GIS) Support department, to aid in the
software installation of an ESRI-based Miner & Miner ArcFM solution for the Electric / Land / Gas /
Designer GIS system. I was the lead analyst in maintaining the feature class configurations and the
interfaces between GIS and SAP, and GIS and the Outage Management System (OMS). Prior to
the current GIS Support assignment, was selected to participate in the CCS Project, to make
enhancements to SAP CIS module, during which I learned the ABAP coding language and SAP
procedures. Originally as a member of the GIS department, was primarily responsible for the
interface of transformer and structure data between the UNISYS-based COBOL-written Facility
Management System (FMS) and GIS, closely monitoring the table updates in GIS and FMS and the
interfaces between SAP and GIS.
08/1992–11/2000 Sr. Business Analyst, TOSCO Shared Service (Circle K), Phoenix, AZ.
Was responsible for all aspects of Payables (Merchandise and Expense) systems and their
conversion to ORACLE A/P Payables. Was solely responsible for writing and maintaining the Utility
System that paid and analyzed all convenience store (2500+) corporate utility bills. Also wrote and
maintained numerous MAPPER runs for invoice inquiry, and adjustment creation, and for Utility bill
inquiry and creation.

Was responsible for the programming and operations of the Business Systems of a Petrochemical
Engineering company on multiple platforms. The various systems were written in COBOL,
ORACLE, and dBASE IV, and interfaced the UNISYS 2200 with the LAN-BASED Personnel
System and the DEC/VAX based ORACLE Labor Reporting and Accounting Systems.
1982-1989 Systems Analyst, NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, TX.
As a NASA Contractor for UNISYS Corporation and Network Solutions Inc., was responsible for the
UNISYS communications network with interfaces to various UNISYS 1100 Hosts, and via the SNA
Gateway, to the IBM CIN Network. This responsibility covered all configurations, software updates,
monthly software releases and problem solving.

Was responsible for the entire Accounting and Payroll Systems, both batch and on-line. Headed
projects for implementing a Chassis Inventory System for Ambulance Manufacturing Division and
