Career Objective
To find a position that allows me to use my marketing and insurance
background, in conjuncture with my network to grow an existing business or
create a new market share. I have a vast knowledge of the Construction and
Environmental Insurance Industry.
Employment History
2006-Present Kaercher Campbell and Associates Insurance Brokerage
Vice President Construction OCIP / Environmental Producer; Responsible
for growing and overseeing the Construction and Consolidated Insurance
program group. Respond to and prepare Request for Proposals, develop
U/W submissions, market Primary and Excess coverage, coordinate
Enrollment, and assist in implementing safety program. Serve as
liaison between client, contractor and carrier. Awarded 3 large
Municipal Client OCIPs, developed the first Rolling OCIP for CALTRANS,
worked with City Visitor Bureau to Modify Charter to allow the use of
OCIPS. I am well versed in the nuance of construction industry
insurance and have a great working relationship with Standard and
Specialty Underwriter Markets. I Structured the Franchise Insurance
requirements for a Mold Remediation Contractor, client. I designed a
Captive program, (Financial Assurance) for Landfill developer client.
The successful cross marketing of clients, led to the use of Aerial
photography, as a major source of Due diligence for Stop Loss program.
Current book of clients include Developers, Professionals/Consultants,
Environmental Contractors, and I maintain a large network of
Attorneys, Consultants and Contractors. I am experienced in the
Construction and Environmental Insurance policies currently in use,
and maybe as important I am well versed in their practical
application.
2005-2006 Willis Insurance Services of California, Inc
Insurance Broker: Hired as a resource for the Los Angeles Office I
succeeded in expanding the Environmental book of business by 35%
I assisted in closing revenues in excess of $500,000 for the Willis,
Los Angeles and San Diego offices.
Through direct marketing of prospects, attorneys, developers and
contractors, I grew my book of business from scratch, to approximately
$150,000; approximately $65,000 in renewable business. I have more
than $350,000 of potential revenue in my pipeline.
2000-2005 AIG Environmental, Los Angeles, CA; Vice President
Business Development: Marketing environmental brokers,
major law firms and
Publicly traded companies with environmental liabilities
in excess of five, (5) million dollars.

policies, insuring Cleanup and Toxic Tort liability.
