Career Summary
Mr. Mignone has extensive experience in Management Consulting, Quality
Assurance, IT systems assessment and capacity planning, design,
procurement, project management, contract management and software
development, including design methodologies, computer-aided software
engineering (CASE) tools and systems evaluation, standards, and
