Managed Account Portfolio Performance Report and the Index Performance

coded complex programs. The performance report encompasses net and gross

* Enhanced DB2 system performance for consolidated accounts to default

* Designed and developed COBOL II/DB2 module to provide real time
annualized gross rate of return and standard deviation for the
Citigroup 3-month Treasury Bill index. This information was used on the
Morgan Stanley Firmwide Performance website to create the Comparative
Risk Return report.
