> Event driven simulation and performance analysis of M/M/m/K queuing
system using C++
. Generated poisson arrivals from 2 machines which are dynamic.
. Updated the system state and generated new events corresponding to
the arrivals.
. Calculated performance measures which include expected number of
jobs, time spent in the system, utilization, throughput, and
blocking probability.
> Simulation for a 'n' node unidirectional ring network using C++
. Packets arrive to all nodes of the open queuing network with
Poisson rate.

. Performance metrics for each node and the whole system are
calculated.
> Simulation of a simplified IEEE 802.11 a/g OFDM using MATLAB
. Built OFDM transmitter and receiver, used BPSK, M-PSK, and M-QAM
modulation.
. Used 64 sub-carriers and 16 cyclic prefix samples.
. Analyzed the system under white Gaussian noise and multipath
channel response.
. Estimated the Bit Error Rate and implemented adaptive modulation to
improve overall Bit Error Rate.

> Campus Based RF Emergency Messaging System using AWR-VSS
. Built the system with a tower transceiver and several zigbee
transceivers at 2.45GHz,
. The tower covers the entire campus area and messages are
transferred using OQPSK scheme,
. The zigbee transceiver is a hand held low power device with a LCD
display used to transfer emergency alert signals and to gather
messages from the tower.
> Integration of telephone and web service
. Identified and diagnosed the drawback in using landlines for
business purposes.
. Formulated ways to solve the problem of unattended calls.
. Developed a circuit using 8085 processor to record and transfer
calls to the mail ID.
. Verified the design and tested it.
