. Achieved net profit of 10% on $10M class "A" office building, while
mitigating predecessors' $500K budget error. Led to award of second
project valued at $25M. 90% union.
. Led the first project in New Jersey College's history to achieve its
scheduled construction project duration (11 months), while saving client
$250K.
. Co-managed design/construction of fast-track $30M casino renovation. Cost
