project costs, resolving project deficit prior to claim negotiations.

month period while administrative operations continued to function, thus

preserving $10M tax credit and historic funding sources.

. Directed simultaneous demolition (implosion) of four (4) mid-rise

(brownfield-type) buildings, saving approximately $800K through VE

efforts, logistics, and negotiations.

. Facilitated value engineering with Owners' Consultants, leading to

negotiation and award of $200M in contracts, all within established

budgets.

. Achieved net profit of 10% on $10M class "A" office building, while

mitigating predecessors' $500K budget error. Led to award of second

project valued at $25M. 90% union.

. Led the first project in New Jersey College's history to achieve its

scheduled construction project duration (11 months), while saving client

$250K.

. Co-managed design/construction of fast-track $30M casino renovation. Cost

savings allowed for two (2) additional projects within same period.
