feet of commercial / mixed use office space, including the management of

and design-build clean room projects to schools, libraries, military and
public works projects valued from $250,000 to $110 million.
Multi-Family Housing. Played a key role in the construction of 5,500+ units

end condominiums, award-winning Military Housing, and Section 8 low-income
Projects.
. Purchasing/ Procurement. Created strong vendor relationships and
purchasing procedures which contributed to the profitability of each

Construction Awards. Received multiple "Excellence in Construction" awards
over a 15-year period from major clients including Lockheed Sanders,
Amberwave, Teradyne, Bay Springs Village, Bachelor Enlisted Men's Quarters
and RF Micro
Devices.
Financial Management. Successfully managed a $10 million real investment
portfolio while maintaining cash flow for a $180 million company.
Project Management. Mentored and directed project teams to receive award

Multi-residential construction. hi-tech clean room facilities and design-
build projects. Hold full P&L authority for every aspect of the company
including short/long range planning, growth strategies, sales/marketing and
corporate infrastructure development and construction. Identify, solicit
and negotiate partnership alliances and capital funding. Coordinate
product development research.
Oversee all aspects of project development programs from initial
concept and proposal acceptance through estimating, purchasing,
