II level trouble shooting and customer service.
Deliver daily reports of current system statuses to all levels of Senior
ITD/DOD Leadership.
Maintained ITD mission that ran 24/7 support for over 2000 users and over
2000 clients on multiple networks platforms in fast paced environment and

Coordinated with other agencies to systematically troubleshoot problems and
