dollar PeopleSoft Financials development and implementation involving 90+

countries.

. Responsible for planning and ongoing support of PeopleSoft GL/Billing

modules.

. Lead and Support Fiscal year end Close process.

. Analyze and evaluate the technical feasibility of the designs and

recommend solutions.

. Develop project task plans, timetables and resource requirement

Development and Support of PS 9.0/8.4x:

. Developed and modified numerous Components, Pages, Records, Menus,

Application engine programs, PeopleCode, Queries, Dynamic views, Business

Interlinks, SQRs, Crystal reports, Unix shell scripts, nVision reports

and SQL/PL/SQL scripts in GL, AP, PC, AR, BI and VAT. Performance tuned

many programs.

. Designed, developed, and performance tuned Combo Errors report (SQR).

This is extensively used by user community as GL Edit reports only one

combo error at a time while this report shows all combo errors on all

lines in a single report.

. Re-designed and developed a pre-Edit process (SQR) that crosswalks any

Projects used in journal lines to their correct Code block. This program

had to account for --> dealing with orphan headers, generating Doc

sequence numbers, Currency recalculations, Project blocking, Currency

decimal positions adjustment and so on.

. Proactively identified several production issues and corrected them

including Ledger vs. Journal differences, configuration issues,

Revaluation issues, double posting issues, multi currency issues, and VAT

related issues.

. Designed and developed GL, AP Inter-operability programs (Application

Engine).

. Created Allocations configuration template for several countries to set

up Allocations.

. Modified PeopleSoft delivered Allocations program (Application Engine) to

include Exclusions functionality. This functionality enables countries

to eliminate any combination of code blocks from either Pool or Basis.

. Designed and developed UNIX shell scripts to run multiple batch jobs in

one script reducing maintenance. This involved automating several tasks

and re-startability. Created similar time saving programs for PC, BI, AR

and AP processes.

. Modified Excel Journal Entry Template using VBA and Weblib_GL PeopleCode.

Designed and developed an Excel based Voucher Entry Template including

validations using VBA and PeopleCode.
