Present

Responsible for several projects which added value to ConocoPhillips' Well

Information System (WIS) and Accounting Information Systems (AIS):

Successfully implemented Balanced Scorecard Applications for the 'Drilling and

Completions Group' and the 'Discipline Engineering Group' for real-time

monitoring of several key performance indicators (KPI). These applications

played a key role in increasing the transparency of their Well and Accounting

Information Systems while reducing the time and cost associated with planning,

monitoring, and executing well projects - Project Lead;

Collaborated on a Web Application front-end to their WIS which reduced their

network licensing costs while extending the functionality of the system

through improved reporting, data management, and business intelligence - Team

Lead;

Developed several Window Services to monitor WIS data and components (servers,

databases) across their wide area network. These services increased support

merger of Conoco and Phillips66. After the merger, worked on several projects

Successfully implemented Partner Reporting System to provide 'on-the-fly' and

'on-demand' reporting from their WIS to Joint Interest Owners via FAX or Email

which allowed COP to continue to provide BR's partners with the information

Assisted in the conversion and enhancement of a web-based WIS developed by BR;

Collaborated on the migration of WIS data from BR to COP;

Developed a Windows Application to import daily accounting information from a

new point-of-sale (front-end) system to their existing back-end accounting

Maintained and enhanced all of the company's web products to meet a commercial

Developed a cross-browser channel's technology to bring internet content

Led a project to organize their web codebase into a set of object-oriented

Responsible for several projects in support of a large silicon wafer

Maintained and enhanced the CZ (SITOPS) Manufacturing System and provided

hardware and software system support for the CZ (Crystal Growing)

Manufacturing Group;

Developed Block Combine System with the aid of 4 physicists and 3 process

engineers. This system played a key role in generating millions of dollars in

revenue by allowing surplus semiconductor material grown for a specific

customer to be used to meet the needs of a different customer - Project Lead;

Collaborated on Global Specification System with a team of Japanese Engineers

which resulted in a new and improved process for creating and maintaining

specifications for all semiconductor materials produced by the company - Team

Lead;

Tested all software and hardware for Y2K compliance resulting in no system

failures following Y2K.

1995 - 1998 Programmer Analyst VSI Fasteners, Inc. Phoenix, Arizona

Responsible for several projects in support of a large fasteners company

during several phases which included reorganization, process improvement, and

acquisition by a competitor:

Successfully implemented an Order Management System to replace several HP 3000

mainframe applications. This new system played a key role in reducing

operating costs associated with a leased mainframe with annual maintenance

agreements on several applications. In addition to reducing costs, the new

system resulted in higher efficiencies, less errors, and the ability to

quickly adapt to changing business needs - Project Lead;

Collaborated on Windows Application to manage all EDI documents and worked

closely with all the company's trading partners (i.e., Home Depot, Builder's

Square, Lowes, Fred Meyer, etc.) to attain EDI certification. This played a

key role in improving communication with our customers and resulted in

improved order tracking, higher fill rates, and larger orders from our

customers - Project Lead;

Developed Voice Response System to provide order tracking information over the

phone which greatly reduced the time and cost associated with supporting

several hundred sales representatives - Project Lead;

Managed a project to build a new MRP II Inventory Management System to replace

the company's existing IMS (MAX-MRP). The new system played a key role in

Migrated all software and hardware processes (i.e., Order Entry, Inventory,
