. Managed a proactive and highly effective preventative labor relations

effort that maintained non-union status for 240 employees through

retraining of supervisors, employee counseling, and improving

communications processes. Was integral part of the team that

successfully guided the decertification process at the only union

plant.

organization structure in the wake of the company's decentralization
