SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
. Managed Facilities efforts in support of Merrill Lynch's business
resumption plan for trading operations in Jersey City NJ and back office
support staff in Somerset NJ post September 11, 2001. Effort allowed
trading operations to resume upon reopening of the NY Stock Exchange.
Acknowledged by CEO and COO for performance above and beyond
expectations.
. Managed construction of $54 million infrastructure upgrade, office and
support space fit-out for the new data center within established budget
and schedule. Timely project completion allowed transition to new
facility prior to current lease termination date avoiding post end of
lease penalties and also satisfied federal regulatory requirements for
business continuity. Project scope included 20,000 SF high density data
center expansion, generator plant expansion and controls change-out, 20
MVA redundant electric feeder/switchgear installation and N+1 redundant
UPS system configuration.
. Accountable for operational risk, oversight of $20 million budget and
design/construction team responsible for performing data center
infrastructure modifications. Scope of project included upgrading from
N+1 configuration to 2N electrical and Tier lll mechanical. Complex
project was successfully completed without interruption to live data
center operations and within specified timefame.
. Led team to develop and implement a project delivery process focused on
improving costs, timeframe and client satisfaction. New strategies
reduced labor rates by an average 50% resulting in saving of $500,000 for
the first year.

Director, Operations Manager, Jersey City NJ (2008 - 2009)
Accountable for overseeing facilities management services for a 1.4
Million SF real estate portfolio consisting of offices, alternate
trading, technology support, training and conference center spaces.
Charged with the enforcement and adherence to contract terms including
Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Managed staff of over 30 employees with direct supervisory responsibility
for facility and technical managers. Acted as Merrill Lynch facilities
liaison to internal business units, vendor partners and municipal
agencies.
. Participated in outsource vendor selection/award process. Managed
transition of services to third party outsource vendor ensuring
service process consistency and adherence to contracted operational
procedures, preventive maintenance practices and service levels.
Transition included budget management, change management, business
continuity plans, adhering to special project operational standards

Director, Senior Building Manager, Levittown, PA Data Center (2004 - 2008)
Accountable for facilities operations for a 200,000 SF mission critical
facility with 65,000 SF raised floor space. Responsibilities include risk
management, preventive maintenance and support of new technology
installations in data center. Directly managed staff of 7 supervisors, 20
operating engineers, janitorial and grounds keeping crews. Maintain high
level client contact, interaction with technology partners, industrial park
management and local municipal agencies.
. Managed site due diligence exercise for existing infrastructure
systems at new data center. Worked with CM and critical systems
engineer to develop scope of work, system test scripts, budget and
schedule. Results of testing revealed system deficiencies which
enabled inclusion of remediation in competitive bid documents and over-
all project schedule.
. Managed start-up of new operation by implementing cost effective plans
to secure all resources including key staffing personnel, service
contracts, budgets and establishment of relationships with local
municipal agencies. Developed and implemented operating procedures
including preventive maintenance program. Facilitated staff and vendor
training that minimized operational risk.
. Implemented energy reduction plan for data center in response to

Manage facilities for a 1.4 million SF commercial office space portfolio in
NYC, including two major data centers. Accountable for all aspects of
operations, maintenance and construction, including capital planning,

standards, which ensured integrity of data center design standards and
streamlined client service requests for data center projects.
Vice President, Senior Building Manager, Jersey City, NJ (1999 - 2002)
Manage operations for a 1.9 million SF commercial office space portfolio in
Jersey City and Somerset, NJ which included a corporate campus and global
call center. Responsible for building maintenance including critical
infrastructure systems, capital planning, budgeting, grounds keeping,
janitorial services and supervision of administrative support staff,
facilities and technical managers.
Assistant Vice President, Construction Project Manager, New York, NY (1987
- 1999)
Team Leader responsible for project management of branch office and NY
headquarters facilities office renovations, expansions and relocations.
Supervise Jr. Project Managers, prepare project budgets, schedules,
