Excerpts from past Annual Performance Reviews:
Intuit:
(August, 2007) Neil offers more to the organization than PM methodology.
With his strong background in Software Development and Enterprise Java
Architecture domain, he provides a unique insight towards solving issues
cannot be addressed by traditional PMI methodology.
(August, 2006) One of the biggest challenges facing CTG is the prevailing
"code first" culture. Neil addressed that issue by bringing awareness
towards the best practices of Software Architecture and Project Management.
By making one extension of the other, he not only secured a buy off from
hardened developers and programmers, but also made them partners in the
process. It was a delight to watch the seismic shift. As we embark on an
organization wide effort to modernize our Software Development Practices,
Neil is an ideal catalyst to introduce a positive and sustainable change.
Union Bank Of California:
(March, 2004) On any given day, Neil is more likely to be putting fires in
boiler room than preaching in board room. He sincerely pushes each
individual team member to excel and over achieve. Neil's "can do" attitude
rubs off the development team. Under Neil's stewardship, the quality of
team deliverables have continued to improve for 3 straight quarters.
