1. Treasury e-commerce project - Issuance Window (Debt Transaction

Application)

The Debt Transaction Application (DTA) is an Internet based platform used

to facilitate trades between Fannie Mae and Short Term Discount Note

Dealers used to fund Fannie Mae activities. DTA provides real time pricing

information through the integration with ValuationNet (VN) and DTA HUB,

enabling the desk to offer investors a range of short term discount notes.

DTA encompasses the fat client application used by dealers to view Fannie

Mae's Debt offerings and to execute trades; the fat client used by the

Short Term Debt trading desk for pricing and trade execution and Capital

Market Middle Office (CMMO) for trade confirmation; the communication

between the dealers and Fannie Mae; as well as messaging to the DTA Hub

which in turn distributes messages to downstream systems.

Fannie Mae contracted Prescient Markets, Inc. (SunGard's predecessor), to

develop, design, implement and host the DTA system according to Fannie Mae

business process and functional and system requirements. As part of this

project, Fannie Mae decided to pursue licensing the DTA source code and

hosting the DTA application in house.

Third Party Vendor Remediation & Scalability (merger) Project

Wachovia Securities offers a full suite of products and services to public

and private companies, institutional investors, financial institutions, and

the financial sponsor community. CRC Remediation project is to remove

Audit, Keane study and CIS objections and make the applications audit and

SOX compliance. In the project the following requirements were implemented

Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, Entitlements, Audit logging, ARS

reporting, Failover (DR) capabilities and CM processes. After this the

applications were scale tested to support the combined volume of Wachovia

and AGE merger.

The project remediated wide range of back office client server and web

based applications which business is using for Investments, Trading

different kinds of instruments such as Fixed income, alternative

investments, Unit Trusts, mutual funds, Bonds and shares etc. All the

trading systems such as Ticketless Trading has very high throughput / low

latency with SLA of less than 30 sec (regulatory requirement). The

applications have external interfaces with Thomson mainframe BETA to screen

scrape using RUMBA (Gather and Fill process) and FIX connections with NYSE

and other exchanges.
