Managed the Program Management Department. Directed multiple development
programs focused on Terminal Collision Avoidance and Terrain Awareness
systems. Led and facilitated monthly and quarterly financial review of all
direct engineering spend in the company ($30,000,000 annually).
. Key Account team lead for Hawker Beechcraft (2nd largest customer)
resulting in multiple installations of product across fleet of aircraft
types and successful entry into service on 3 aircraft types.
. Managed military contract for aircraft transponder development. Finished
all milestones within 10 days of plan and under ran program spend by

General Manager for all Honeywell electronic content ($70 Million in sales
annually). Leadership oversight included development, ongoing field
support, obsolescence, product roadmap, contract negotiations.
. Executed incentive plan to maintain schedule despite last minute
requirement changes from customer after design freeze, allowing Boeing to
deliver first 777 200LR on time. Incentive plan included five figure cash
bonuses to key engineers payable upon completion of planned milestones.
First time customer has EVER reimbursed vendor for employee incentive
bonuses.
. Oversaw response to Federal Aviation Administration issuance of emergency
Airworthiness Directive. Led and facilitated response team, including
daily status, establishing and managing unplanned development activity,
briefing of FAA, Boeing and NTSB. Project ultimately lead to software
change implemented on schedule and under planned spend.
