As Sr. Director of Value Engineering, Patrick must assist the SAP Canada Software and Services
Leadership in the development of territorial go-to-market strategies and must collaborate with individual
Account Executives to design account strategies and close plans. In addition to these internal activities,
Patrick also regularly works with partners such as Deloitte, CapGemini and Accenture to develop the best
sales strategies which will provide win-win-win agreements for the clients, the partners and SAP.
As part of their field responsibilities, Patrick and his team support SAP clients’ Sr. Management in the
development of extensive business cases validating the strategic and financial relevance of investing in
large enterprise platforms (investments typically range from $50-300M).
Over the last four years, Patrick has had the opportunity to work with most of SAP’s largest accounts in
Eastern Canada (Cascades, McCain, Alcan, Bombardier, CN, Hydro-Quebec, etc.). His work has lead to
more than $60M in software sales since 2007.

As Founder, President and key consultant of Ascendance, Patrick held many responsibilities including
sales and marketing, project management and delivery, account direction and firm management.
Patrick’s most significant project at Ascendance was the development of a 3-year e-business roadmap for
the commercial banking web site ($20M budget) of Canada’s largest credit union.

Through series of promotions (four positions in six years), Patrick has climbed CGE&Y’s organizational
ladder rapidly with great success. As a Sr. Manager in the Technology Services Practice, Patrick
performed numerous leadership roles both in the areas of client delivery and business development.
