Image & Indexing (I&I)

This project is intended to make paperless loan processing. Captiva is the

software for scan and index the loan documents after saving in the oracle

database. Documentum is the software to maintain that document repository.

By implementing this project FMER saved 48,000 loan documents per day in

the document repository.

E-Signature (Esign)

This project is intended to generate instant electronic agreement (in PDF

format) between First Marble Head and applicant. This PDF file is saved in

the non-modifiable format that is known as electronic signature. Applicant

can check the loan status online during the loan processing.

Data Warehouse (DIG)

The goal of this project is to generate instant reports from the

information stored in the centralized repository. The FMER has established

a data mart to store the data for the reports generation purpose. This Data

Warehouse project is intended to collect data from the various service

providers and store that data in the DIG data ware house. All data

cleansing and loading activities were done by Informatica tool. Business

objects were used to generate reports for this project.

Program Information Pages (PIP)

The Program Information Pages (PIP) project is intended to replace the CTI

pages. Loan Program Specific Information currently housed in CTI will now

be handled by PIP. By providing a comprehensive online repository, PIP

will allow Customer Service Representatives to quickly and easily provide

accurate Loan Program Information to borrowers.

The goal is to centralize the program requirements that are common to all

or many programs so that all programs can be controlled from one place.

This will eliminate the duplication-related inaccuracies. It will also

allow changes to be made very quickly, with updated information immediately

put in front of Customer Service Representatives whenever a Client requests

a change.

Multiple Disbursements (MT2D)

The Multiple Disbursements project is intended to disburse the requested

loan amount in to several installments as requested by the applicant.

Depending on the request made by the applicant, Customer Service

Representatives should be able to split the total loan into multiple small

loans with different disbursement dates instantly.

Component Supplier Management System (CSM)

CSM is developed for 3Com Corporation. CSM provides engineers with

parametric search capability as well as description/keyword search so that

user can select items of interest. It also provides facility for analytic

search that can span millions of parts and part numbering schemes.
