Objective: A Position as a Superintendent with your Company
Experience: Warwick Construction Houston, Texas
Superintendent 06-15-2009 to 11-2-2009
My last project with Warwick was a Red Robin Restaurant in Katy,
Texas. I stated this ground-up project on 8-3-2009 and was complete
on 11-2-2009.
I built a GSA Office in League City, Texas. This was an interior build
out. Started this on 6-15-09 and it was complete on 7-31-2009.
U.S. Builders, Inc. Houston, Texas
Project Manager 10-11-2004 to 06-1-2009
I completed a shopping center in Short Pump, VA The project was in
trouble as the exterior used up most of the allotted schedule. I took
over the rest of the exterior and all of the interior build outs.
Project was not all leased out and at the time, there were a lot of plan
issues. I worked with the landlord and his architects to get plans
worked out and corrected.
I worked very closely with the City of Short Pump to get this project
completed, and built per local codes.
I built a $20,000,000 shopping center in Bolingbrook, IL. This had a
very short schedule. Stores included Bed Bath Beyond, Staples,
Factory Card, 15 small shops and a Bank.
This project was a union project that went very smooth and opened on
time and under budget.
Worked very closely with the Village of Bolingbrook to make project run
smooth and to obtain timely inspections.
Built many Staple Stores, NTB Tire Stores, projects included many
ground-up projects, interior build outs, renovation of existing spaces,
open store remodels.
