dispensing supply cabinets (AcuDose) and hand held medication

administration devices (AcuScan) to insure the 'five rights' of

medication administration.

Information Officer. National Operations organization's budget was

over $200 million including a headcount of 720 personnel.

Accomplishments:

. Developed and implemented a national data center consolidation

strategy, national data network and national information technology

support processes. In July 1997, consolidated Kaiser Permanente's

two largest data centers with minimal outages to customers. Annual

savings of over 9 million dollars was achieved. Over a period of

18 months, 8 other regional data centers were consolidated into two

national service centers and one technical services organization.

. Technical services organization supported production applications

on the following platforms: mainframe, Tandem, DEC, Unix and NT.

. Responsible for vendor negotiations of hardware, software and

services.

PacifiCare Health Systems, Cypress, CA 10/1993

. Responsible for technical support, data center operations and voice

and data communications for PacifiCare Health Systems. Reported to
