Accomplishments:
. Developed and implemented a national data center consolidation
strategy, national data network and national information technology
support processes. In July 1997, consolidated Kaiser Permanente's
two largest data centers with minimal outages to customers. Annual
savings of over 9 million dollars was achieved. Over a period of
18 months, 8 other regional data centers were consolidated into two
national service centers and one technical services organization.

on the following platforms: mainframe, Tandem, DEC, Unix and NT.
