. Managed full spectrum of software solution development, client services

and project delivery organization responsible for configuring,

customizing and integrating administrative and clinical workflow

solutions on the NaviNet provider portal platform. Annual project

revenues generated from the managed portfolio doubled during tenure,

averaging $10 million in revenues annually. Successful implementations

fueled the national provider network development, creating the largest

healthcare information network in the United States

. Spearheaded customers' solutions management, notably HighMark Blue Cross

Blue Shield, Independence Blue Cross and Aetna and their respective

provider networks. Leveraged NaviNet's platform and solution frameworks
