Production Manager: Managed production activities in milk receiving and
production of fluid, Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, and Ice Cream operations
which included accountability of Market Report information and clean up of all
processes.
Ice Cream Production Manager: Responsible for ice cream production
operation. Responsibilities included scheduling, raw batching, packaging, clean
up, storage and load out activities. Scheduling of preventive maintenance for
packing equipment. Accountable for Over/Shortage reporting of all Ice Cream
production activities.
Milk Production Superintendent: Oversee operations for production of fluid
milk product. Emphasis in the finishing in daily production packaging and clean
up of all operations involved in HTST’s (High Temperature Short Times), to
silo’s, lines and batching equipment.
Quality Assurance Manager: Responsible for managing lab personnel and all
lab testing and activities. Monitored all quality processes from receiving of all
raw ingredients, packaging material, product formulation monitoring, internal
inspections, involved with regulatory inspections and training of clean up

compliance testing and performing lab procedure monitoring.
