category with brands such as Sharpie, Expo, and Rolodex.
Director, Human Resources
Supported senior leaders and vice presidents of corporate sales, marketing,
R&D, IT, and finance functions. Managed an HR budget of $2 million as well
as a staff of four human resources professionals and three facilities
support employees. Reported to Vice President Human Resources.
. Generated $13.5 million in savings since January 2008, by
collaborating with executives to assess talent and restructure their
functions in order to support a global business unit strategy.
Efforts also enhanced innovation and brand-building business

Supported nine manufacturing facilities (union and union-free),
engineering, supply chain, operations, and finance functions. Responsible
for nine plant HR managers and one Direct Sales and Delivery HR manager.
Reported to the President of the Dairy Foods Group.
. Achieved $1.2 million in annual cost savings and plan improvements by
developing and implementing a comprehensive benefits consolidation
strategy. The result was positive differentiation for union-free
locations and consolidation of 31 plans across 18 facilities.
. Developed and delivered cost containment and flexibility-based labor
strategies. Served as lead negotiator in one contract negotiation and
on the bargaining committee for three other successful negotiations.

. Developed HR standard operating procedures for employee complaint
investigations, quarterly Affirmative Action reporting, and corrective

World's largest wine and spirits company with brands such as Baileys,
Johnnie Walker, Captain Morgan, and Sterling Vineyards. U.K.-based with
22,000 employees world-wide and manufacturing of Gordon's Gin and Smirnoff
Vodka in Plainfield, IL.
Director, Plant Human Resources
Lead HR professional on-site at a 25 million case-per-year manufacturing
facility and technical center with 350 employees. Responsible for all local
HR initiatives and union/employee relations with a staff of two HR
professionals. Reported to the Vice President of Operations and Supply.
. Led negotiations for a contract addendum supporting a 12-hour, 24x7
operation in 2002 and in the 2003 labor negotiations. Delivered
significant cost and flexibility gains.
. Delivered on-time and under-budget human resources work stream
responsibilities for 16 million case-per-year Smirnoff Ice
manufacturing plant construction in 2001 - 2002.
