IT Reporting Project:

The goal of the IT Reporting Project is to provide NHP with the

information required to meet daily operational and regulatory reporting

needs. This project was initiated as a result of implementing the new

insurance system and integrated warehouse. I was involved in designing,

developing and testing few reports in various sectors like Finance

Reports, Claims Reports, Clinical Reports, Member Reports, MHSPY Reports,

Provider Network Management Reports,Enrollment Reports, CMA Reports

.Following are few of them.Also worked on the ONETIME reports and

enhancements.

MemberExpensesReport:

Member Expenses for NHP Green Select and Green Select no RX. Report will

be able to keep track of the benefit claims for each member to be sure

that no member reaches the max. If a member does reach the max, action

needs to be taken by the business.

PaidClaimsDrilldownReport (Claims GLAnalysis) :

Finance would like to know what has been paid and posted to the General

Ledger by drilling down the Amount into a sub-report. User would like to

click on the Amount cell to generate a sub-report showing the details of

this Amount.

PaidClaimsForMHSPY Report:

Paid Claims for MHSPY- Medical and Beacon. Paid claims totals for MHSPY

members and CIRCLE members including medical and mental health claims to

keep track of expenses for MHSPY and CIRCLE members

ProviderLanguageCounts Report:

Better match NHP members with sites/physicians able to accommodate their

language needs. Created a Language provider affiliated sub report which

retrieves the affiliated providers and languages spoken at that site.

ProviderTerminationReport

The report is for the Credentialing to track individual providers who are

completed terminated from all affiliations, thus no longer a provider of

NHP.

HSBC/WAMU Billing Application:

For billing CCAS members enrolled through HSBC and WAMU. The service

sends transactions to Payment Tech service processes responses and

updates SQL Server db.
