consulting experience in Visual Basic, Asp, VB.Net, JavaScript, Access and
sql languages as well as LAMP technologies (Linux, MySQL, PHP and Apache).
I design sites using Photoshop, then slice with Image ready and assemble in
Dream weaver and do not use the WYSIWYG interface.
I also do SEO work, I was the #1 position for "take credit cards" on Google
for over 5 years and created a database of over 17 million real search
phrases screen scrapped from a search engine. Most of my clients use Google
Analytics and I have several sites using Google Adsense.

Worked with in-house staff to create a new cruisecenter.com web site that
would be linked with American Airlines Vacations. Created innovative cruise
search interface that Navigant copyrighted that would always deliver
results so that someone could not search for an Alaskan cruise in January.
Create Navigant Vacations web site and lead staff of 5 to create the site,
later worked with Sapient to update the site and move to a new platform.
AT&T BIS (TCI), Greenwood Village, Colorado, Jun99-Oct99
Developed intranet ASP site to track Y2K re-mediation. Developers using
active server pages with VBSCRIPT enter projects, which are logged to a SQL
6.5 database using stored procedures. This allows management to track
project status.
Created Visual basic 4 application to upload Access & Excel files to an FTP
server. After filling out an online form and entering their email address
IIS auto responds with an email with an attached batch file that runs a VB4
program on a shared server.
Wrote VISUAL BASIC 6 program to pre-scan EXCEL files for protection or
locked cells and move them to separate directories before scanning with
"Date Spy" which fails on these problems.
VISUAL BASIC 6 application to ping Intranet web hits using the logged IP
address and resolve them to a workstation name. This allows managers to see
who is viewing the various reports and web pages.
Countrywide Home Loans, Simi Valley California, Apr 98-Jul 98
Worked with developers to certify 63 fatal applications. Setup hardware &
software; troubleshoot problems, installed applications, and established
AS/400 and SQL server connectivity. Assisted in creating Y2K test
plans/scripts for ACCESS/VISUAL BASIC applications. Created ASP web site
with a SQL back-end for Y2K Lab tracking application progress and resource
usage. Developed with Visual Interdev.

Lockheed/Martin, Orange Country, California, Oct 97-Jan 98
This project was for the Orange Country Board of Supervisors. Developed
application that would track the membership of the various boards,
committees, and commissions. The project had a Dec. 1st deadline and was
finished Nov.18th. I worked directly with the Clerk of the Board.

Fox Sports West, Hollywood California, Aug 97-Oct 97
Developed application to track video highlights from 30+ Fox affiliates.
The video tape recorder (VTR) is controlled from the keyboard. When a
highlight begins, the operator presses a button and the software reads the
Time Code from the VTR and logs it to a database. The team name, players,
and actions are also recorded. A Producer can then search for a highlight
by Team, Player, Action, or Audio.

Produces MTV and ESPN shows. Implemented a system that was similar to the
Post Group's Job Tracking and Billing System with a few modifications to
fit their business.

The company produces the post work for the Academy Awards and created the
special effects for Independence Day. Designed a system that interfaced
with a custom ACCESS 97 database "Merlin" to Solomon IV, a client server
accounting system running under Novell using Btrieve. A front-end FoxPro
program Scheduall was used for scheduling.

Nissan Motor Corporation - Torrance California 1994 - 1996
Reported to Business Group. Designed ACCESS front end to AS/400, running
Sybase. Wrote queries and trained personnel beyond the basics in ACCESS.
My last project has been to design a system to forecast and price the
vehicles.

Amplica, Oxnard California May93-Beginning 99
Completed the conversion from Manman on an HP3000 to the SYMIX
Manufacturing Software in four months. Developed a Marketing Quote System
using MS ACCESS 2 (3 months development). The Marketing Department,
Engineers, and Manufacturing Personnel can now work with the quotas on-
line. Designed multiple databases and has written hundreds of programs and
tools using Progress to supplement the Symix Software. (The programs
include finance, manufacturing, procurement and marketing systems.)
Responsible for software (MS Office) installation and troubleshooting of
the 10 base-T LAN/wan.
