. Worked in a team involved in designing, formulating and upgrading

formulation to the production stage of Gravure and Flexographic inks

(including inkjet printing and water based UV-curable) for different

flexible substrates.

. Worked on the development of new inkjet printing ink for vinyl

substrate.

. Developed 12 new (e.g. dyes, pigments, resins and additives including

Solsperse 5000, 72700 etc) raw materials for lamination ink, triggered

$3.5 million in additional sales revenue.

. Hands-on experience on color matching (for P & G, Unilever, Godiva,

Tetly etc) and pilot plant production of lamination ink up to 200 lbs.

Detailed knowledge about Color Science and Color Computer Software.

. Provided customer assurances and services, including on-site training.
