Achievements
The following are only brief representations of the many assignment
successes I achieved in the markets. My successes are directly attributed
to my ability to know and understand our customer base and to instill
confidence that won sales.
. Customer Relationships
I developed a strategic plan to ensure an on-going relationship with
key corporate customers. We interacted weekly with leasing customers
such as: Omni, Oxford, GE Capital, GMAC, Chrysler Credit, PH&H, Mercedes
Benz and Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. Additionally, I managed
our contacts with as many as 170 companies and 1500 dealers for new and
used products values from $5 million to $9 million weekly.

. Sales And Profitability
My sales production consistently shows record-setting achievement in
productivity and profitability for every company with whom I have been
associated. Developing goal achieving plans, we generally generated 60
to 100 new and 40 pre-owned sales per month. In one assignment we
generate in excess of $1 million net profit for this one program. My
personal production during this period was 60% of the high end product.
. Managing & Coordinating Government Regulatory Compliance
As part of my Business Management/Sales Management responsibilities
were ensuring that all compliance record keeping and reporting was
correct and filed on-time. These compliance issues included:
1. 12% Federal Excise Tax
2. Monitored State Motor Truck Regulations
3. Managed OSHA on-sight Hazardous Materials disposal and
maintaining current file of all Material Safety Data Sheets
(MSDS) dealing with all materials we used and listed by OSHA.
4. Responsible for appropriate driver's safety training for
designated employees.
5. As a "checks & balance" quality control measure I coordinated
the IRS documentation quarterly report with the company
Controller.
6. Responsible for verification of product inspections and
reconditioned re-sell products.
. Sales & Sales Management Achievement "Benchmarks"
The best measurement of sales success continues to be volume of
products sold and gross dollars earned within specific time periods.
Additionally, successful sales professionals are cited for
achievements in comparison to their peers. The following two examples
are brief representations of my record that directly relates to my
confidence measurement as a sales professional.
. General Sales Manager - Doubled sales on all product lines.
Increased profitability from $900 to $2,400 per unit sales.
. General Manager - Increased profitability by 41%. Increased
per product sale by 76%. Achieved highest Blue Oval
Certification '00,'01 '02. Regional award for highest ESP
penetration in '01 (79%), '02 (82%), and '03 (80%).
