Responsible for civilian personnel matters for both U. S. Civilian and

Foreign National employees for the Defense Attach Office.

Performed research for the Defense Attach and Army Attach by

systematically reviewing and performing analysis of all available reference

material.

Received all visitors to the Defense Attach Office including members of

the American Embassy staff, foreign military attaches, and high-ranking

officials from various countries and visiting

U. S. dignitaries.
