Responsible for the operation, development and

improvement of the Religious School.

Reports directly to Director of Education and

the Executive Director.

Administrative duties included, but not

limited to the following: Calendar - worked

with the Director to make sure everything is

planned & organized in a proper time frame.

Registration - mailing out, formatting,

filing, data entry. Working directly with the

Director of Education, Executive Director and

Accounting office.

Mailings - weekly reminders (ushers), monthly

back to school packets, special grade

software, preparing class lists, tracking

Anticipate school calendar events & go over

Retreat coordination, family day event, field

Responsible for sending out/editing/formatting

progress reports.

Answering Religious School Office phone

Reported payroll for teachers and assistants

to Executive Director.
