Designed and implemented new pre-sale analysis activities that became

corporate standard. Developed additional post sales deliverables and

Manage the implementation of the IBM MAPICS manufacturing system with 'in

house' design of lot tracking and accountability, receiving, and one of the

nation's largest on-line bar code labor reporting and stock transfer

systems utilizing the first IBM/Datanet interface. These and other

enhancements allowed Cordis to grow to a $60,000,000 a year company and

attain the paragon position in the manufacture of angiographic medical

equipment.

Developed first use and interface with IBM and DataNet for use of bar codes

to support shop floor controls and tracking of medical implantables.
