In a role as a Siebel administrator I have been responsible for providing

technical solutions for Infosys’ clients. I have good Siebel Server Administration

& implementation experience to offer clients, maximizing their potential for a

successful Siebel implementation. With overall 6 years of CRM (Siebel)

experience, worked with the client “LEVEL(3) COMMUNICATIONS” and

"British Telecom(BT)" in Siebel Domain in administration and support, and

have solid knowledge of the underlying technologies including Operating

Systems (such as Sun Solaris, Windows 2000/2003), Database (Oracle) .I also

have experience of working as Web logic Administrator which has been one of

the applications as part of our project.

I was responsible for monitoring proper usage and the effectiveness of all the

environments. I interacted with upper management on the health of the company

pipeline and forecast. I also managed the coordination of future releases,

determining the scope of the release.
