at a separate client site, conducting SAP planning, implementation, and
post go-live projects to produce viable intellectual capital. Marketed and
sold IT process methodology to additional client accounts. Created
intellectual capital asset offering consisting of major IT processes with a
focus on SAP technical activities. Worked with other teams within IBM to
