Assistant Athletic Director of Facilities, Princeton University,

Princeton, NJ (August 2006-current)

Direct nine person athletic ground crew in the daily operations,

maintenance, and event driven preparations of all athletic facilities

for 38 NCAA Division I varsity sports. Including, but not limited to

27,000 seat Princeton Stadium and newly built and dedicated soccer

facility, Myslik Field at Roberts Stadium.

Manage timely changeover of Jadwin Gymnasium's multipurpose main floor

for events such as basketball, indoor track meets and fencing meets,

as well as many other special catered events and meetings.

Establish, maintain and renovate 80 acres of varsity game fields,

practice fields, recreation athletic fields and adjacent landscaped

areas thru proper irrigation and IPM program control.

Maintain line and repair FieldTurf game and practice fields.

Coordinate athletic venues with television broadcast requirements for

national networks ESPN, ESPNU, YES, as well as Fox Soccer Channel.

Support game day preparations, cable and camera layouts with respect

to spectator safety and visual impact. Provide and maintain all

audio, video, high speed internet, and phone lines to and from the

broadcast truck.

Maintain/operate/troubleshoot all score board, pa and video board

systems.

Coordinate with campus wide emergency management snow removal from

pedestrian walkways, plazas and parking decks to field clearing for

early spring practices and games.

Perform hands on repairs of plumbing, electrical and carpentry as well

as utilizing in house trades and contractors.

Administer student disciplinary campus service duties for 10-15

students per semester as assigned by their respective deans.

Support and encourage safety culture.

process area cleanliness.

o Monitor thermal oxidizer for continuos operation and emission

compliance.

o Lead a team of union mechanics in process equipment setup for

unique batch processing within a GMP Facility.

Accomplishments:

o Champion the operation of B53 Pilot Plant Syltherm heat transfer

system. Monitor the moisture content and recommend procedures for

drying. Develop operation and maintenance training manuals for

technical operations staff.

o Complete work order system audit identifying manpower needs and

deficiencies.

o Complete central steam distribution valve mapping indicating

confined space hazards.

o Investigate and propose filtering options for pond water cooling

towers to reduce tube fouling.

Project Manager, Getinge/Castle, Inc., Lakewood, NJ. (October 1992 -

June 1998)

Manage the design and manufacturing of pharmaceutical GMP Steam

Sterilizers and Glassware washers. Duties include: customer

submittals, architectural equipment arrangements, development of

engineered drawings and bill of materials, PLC development, design of

special systems, material specification and procurement, installation

coordination, and validation documentation.

Accomplishments:

o Instituted a standard sterilizer design based on customer

specifications. This simplified ordering procedure resulted in

additional sales totaling $3M during 1997.

o Controlled the development of Barrier Technology Integration

between Sterilizer, Isolator, & Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide

Generator resulting in sales to an emerging worldwide market place.

o Introduced Isolator and Sterilizer Integration thru International

and Domestic sales seminars.

o Manage Overseas Manufacturing of Steam Sterilizers in an ISO 9000

environment.

o Directed Jordan Valves to develop and test a revised sanitary steam

pressure reducing valve (Jordan MK96 soft seat) useful to the

industry. The new valve seat will maintain the correct pressure

downstream under low-flow and no-flow conditions.

Project Manager/Engineer, PJM Mechanical Contractors Inc., Princeton, NJ.

(February 1988 - August 1992)

Primary involvement consisted of Turnkey multi-boiler residential HVAC

systems, and the coordination of design-build commercial/industrial

projects. Project work included HVAC design, fire protection, ATC

control design, panel assembly, steel design, steam and process piping

layout, and sheetmetal design.

Quality Controller, NWL Transformers, Bordentown, NJ. (June 1987 - August

1987)

Responsibilities included inspecting engineered assemblies for

conformance to military specifications, and electrical testing of
