Remedy Developer. I believe the attached resume will show I have the

qualifications you are seeking in a successful candidate.

I am a Senior Lead Remedy Developer/Architect with over twelve years

experience, specializing in but not limited to Remedy Custom Application

development. I have had experience installing and customizing Remedy out

of the box solutions such as ISTM 6.0 and 7.0 Suites, Service Desk, Help

Desk, Change Management and Asset Management. I have developed enterprise

wide Remedy applications for such clients as Regions Bank, State Street

Bank, T-Mobile, Verizon Communications, SBC Communications, BellSouth and

Bright House Networks. At T-Mobile I interconnected their twelve Call

Centers and two Data Centers using Remedy's DSO module. I utilize Remedy

full lifecycle development methodology, consisting of requirements

analysis, application prototyping, advanced Remedy development techniques

and user acceptance testing.

I can fill the roles of Remedy Project Manager, Remedy System Architect,

Remedy Lead Developer or Remedy Engineer.

My all-inclusive rate for that area is $90.00 per/hr or $80.00 per/hr if

the client is picking up travel and expenses.
