Product Development Engineer:

• Advanced product development.

• Product engineer lead for the EGR temp sensors.

• Product engineer lead for the turbo charger temp sensor (>1000 C).

• Study and advice on the development of processing techniques concerned with the manufacturing.

• Test physical, chemical, and heat-resisting properties of refractory materials.

• Analyze test results to determine the combination of materials that will improve quality and reduce

costs.

Product Development Engineer: Responsible for design, development and release of powertrain emission sensors

for gas and diesel applications including: knock sensor, mass air flow sensor, and aftertreatment sensors including

lambda sensor, NOx sensor, exhaust gas temperature sensor. Responsibilities include:

• Sensor design requirements and specifications.

• Electrical interface I/O circuit requirements.

• Project management and releasing.

• Quality requirements (DVP&R and DFMEA).

• Warranty Improvement.

• Design and package sensors into RWD vehicle applications.

• Vehicle testing and diagnostics, issues tracking, root causes analysis, and corrective action implementation.
