AT&T Mobility December, 2007 - September, 2009

Managed the shutdown of AT&T "Source" applications, in support of internal

billing system conversions, using AT&T IT UP processes. Source systems

include Customer CARE, retail, rating and billing production applications.

Project scope included locking all Source system transactions during the

conversion window, with exception of customer upgrades initiated from

retail systems, and subsequently shutting down all activity following the

completion of each conversion.

. Managed, directed, monitored and implemented South Eastern Region

shutdown project life cycle activities. Conversions were scoped into 6

distinct projects, comprising 30 markets and 18.3M subscribers.

. Implemented all 6 conversion projects on time, within budget.

. Coordinated, facilitated and managed Business User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

and implementation Lockdown / Shutdown Sanity Tests, including issue /

defect tracking and resolution.

. Managed Source Conversion Team vendor relationship and deliverables,

April - October 2008.

Managed vendor delivery of a custom Mediation solution, in support of AT&T

Dobson billing conversions. Project scope included collecting network

element and incollect usage, parsing Dobson converted subscriber mediation

events (voice, incollect, data and QPASS), converting the usage into AT&T

standard format, and distributing the reformatted mediation events to the

appropriate AT&T rating and Mediation interfacing systems.

. Managed vendor relationship and deliverables, for 3 distinct Dobson

conversion projects, comprising 1.1M subscribers.

. Implemented all projects on time, within budget.

. Coordinated, facilitated and managed vendor deliverables for conversion

Mock testing. Tracked and managed issue /defect resolution.

Convergys August, 2004 - March, 2007

Managed the data conversion of 1.5 million subscribers from multiple AT&T

legacy billing systems to the Cingular Wireless CARE billing system.

Conversions were scoped into 4 distinct projects, spanned all Cingular CARE

Markets, and included Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) and Time

Division Multiple Access (TDMA) wireless technologies.

. Managed, directed and monitored end-to-end conversion project life cycle

activities through all conversion phases, including strategy, billing

system gap analysis, requirements, data mapping, development, test, and

implementation.

. Led and managed the CARE Conversion Project Team, consisting of 7-8 Team

Leads and 50-60 Team Members.

. Led and supervised the Conversion PMO Team consisting of 2-4 Project

Managers and 2-3 Issue (Defect) Managers.

. All conversions were delivered on schedule.

. Cingular Audit performed following the first 2 conversion implementations

yielded a project success rating of "well controlled". The 3rd and 4th

conversions were not audited; however, all Conversion Success Service

Level Agreement (SLA) metrics, including Billing Timeliness, Financial

Reconciliation and Accuracy, were exceeded.

General Electric (GE) Energy I&FS November, 2002 - July, 2004

Managed the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of concurrent Six Sigma

projects, using GE 4.0 Project Management Methodology (PMM), Rational

Unified Process (RUP) and offshore Development model.

. Managed the SDLC for Outage Optimizer application releases, 3.2, 3.2.1,

3.3, 3.4, 3.5 and 4.0. The $ .7M internal ($3M external) 4.0 Release

project scope encompassed UI redesign and platform re-architecture for

the web-based, J2EE application. Platform re-architecture included

system/operating software upgrades, Enterprise Data Model (EDM)

compliance, database conversion, and modifications to 13 application

integrations.

. Managed the SDLC for web-based eProject Notebook (ePN) maintenance

releases and application integrations.

Cingular Wireless September, 2001 - August, 2002

Managed the data conversion of 1.1 million Philadelphia Market subscribers

from the Convergys Macro/Cell billing system to the Cingular CARE billing

system.

. Conversion spanned 26+ Cingular applications and 32+ systems or

functional Project Manager points of contact.

. First post conversion billing was approved for release to customers

within 6 calendar days. Normal billing was resumed within 13 calendar

days.

. Managed scheduling and execution of parallel billing cycles, in the

Development Test Environment.

Cingular Wireless Web Services March, 2001 - September, 2001

Defined and documented project life cycle processes and templates.

Federated Systems Internet Services August, 2000 - March, 2001

Served as the primary Point Of Contact (POC) for the weddingchannel.com and

IBM.

. Managed the creation and implementation of quality control test, staging

and production environments for the re-launch of the macys.com and

bloomingdales.com web sites.
