3 offshore resources. Billing application supports internal PNA IT billing

as well as Id Administration function. Based on multiple feeds from other

systems application perform monthly billing for all the internal Panasonic

companies for various IT services. System contains both On-line and Batch

portions utilizing VSAM and DB2 as database.

. Designed and developed new unified master database to increase

application efficiency by waiving 12 separate DB2 tables.

. Enhanced and implemented month end billing process by combining 23

separate interfaces into 12. Decreased by 50% interfaces to SAP,

minimizing application size and processing time.

. Supplied client with ability to verify billing data in real time by

constructing various reports based on user requirements utilizing DB2 SQL

and Microsoft Excel.

. Built new ID administration system to register new employees and

consultants as well as update existing personnel. Reduced manual data
