Monitor the Authority's budget and provide financial oversight for all

transactions

Supervise consultants and attorneys retained for the master redevelopment

housing plan

Inspire and lead staff to achieve annual goals and visionary plans

Develop and maintain excellent relations with the Board, local government,

community and citizens

Serve as local expert on affordable housing and participate in other local

committees and taskforces

. Transitioned the agency from "troubled" program status to standard
