President. 2000 - 2001.
. Recruited a team of seven functionally diverse executives with the skill
sets necessary for the development of this unique business model.

The results of these services help verify the validity of a claim and allow
for a fair and expeditious settlement. This eliminates the over-
compensation of claimants and the over-litigation of claims.
Vice President of Administration. 1995 - 1999.
. Legal Advisor: Reviewed all contracts and leases. Coordinated the
litigation of numerous lawsuits and counseled management on human
resource issues. Successfully negotiated settlements when appropriate,
minimizing litigation expense and mitigating risk. Conducted extensive
legal research in the area of governmental licensure and relative
industry related statutes. Dramatically increased the organizations
price competitiveness in various states by taking advantage of obscure
sales tax exemptions. Co-managed the due diligence process in the sale

contract services group that was responsible for the review of all client
