EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
January 2009 to February 2010

Business Systems Analyst for the OASIS team. Responsibilities included
tracking all code changes to the OASIS test environments and after
successful testing, promoting to the Production environment. Responsible
for all production and non-production issues opened via third party
tracking system with our vendor. I am also part of the internal customer
support team which includes responsibilities in researching and resolving
internal issues from the OASIS system, conversion support, system
maintenance and Financial Management support. Other duties included
project management tasks on new releases.
January 1997 to October 2008
First Data Corp, 25209 Country Club Blvd., North Olmsted, OH
Project Manager in the Settlement Systems department. Had the
responsibility of all End-Of-Day systems for our Midwest platform. Duties
included assigning tasks among the staff, keeping documentation of current
projects, maintaining administrative functions for the Midwest staff, and
maintaining the integrity of the Off-line environment. I was also
responsible for the production support staff that supports the Off-line
systems to ensure that we always had support whether it was I or another
associate. As of February 1998, I accepted the position of Production
Support Manager for the Midwest site. Responsible for all On-line
environments and support of all production problems assigned to the group.
As of January 2001, I accepted a management position with Quality Assurance
Management. Responsible for the successful testing of changes submitted to
the production environment before being implemented. Objectives included
testing of processor interfaces and infrastructure modules for processing
ATM and POS transactions. This role also included the creation and
managing of test scripts for testing of all modules for accurate and timely
QA efforts. I was also responsible for project estimations as they related
to my area of responsibility, reporting to senior management via
spreadsheets and status reports, all current ongoing QA efforts and project
statuses, and tracking and assigning all submitted code changes among the
team.
July 1995 to December 1996

Professional II - Responsible for all internal projects like JCL
standardization, any major batch upgrades. I was responsible for the day-
to-day activities of the Application Services group, which includes weekly
status reports, assigning daily tasks, following up on projects in
progress. Also support problem determination, and support any system
outages with helping with restarting any batch jobs that may have aborted
due to an outage.
July 1993 to July1995
Money Access Service Corporation, 25209 Country Club Blvd., North Olmsted,

Technology Division - Started out working on the Owl Network until it was
converted to the Common platform. I was promoted into the Systems side
installing new ATM's, ACH transfers, and supporting the weekly outage. I
also updated the PROCS and PARMS for the Off-line batch work for any new
institutions.
September 1992 to July 1993
Fabri-Centers of America, Hudson, OH
Third shift operator, operating IBM systems including a DOS/VSE and AS400,
System 36 and a MVS mainframe system. Responsibilities included running
all nightly batch work, printing daily financial reports and the scheduling
and rescheduling of weekend batch.
June 1979 to January 1993
Control Data Corp., 14725 Detroit Avenue, Lakewood, OH
Computer Operator II, setup and execution of daily remote-entered batch
jobs in JES2/ Time Sharing operation under MVS. I was responsible for
setup and execution of database maintenance, basic programming for Quality
Control room-mailing lists, labels, etc. Also ran batch jobs on the Focus
System under MVS.
