package for quarterly SEC 10Q Filings.
o Prepare and file all state consolidated and entity tax reports
including sales & use tax, property tax, and premium tax
including quarterly prepayments and annual returns. Record and
reconcile state tax accruals.
o Prepare and report monthly analytic reports with variance
details.
o Perform month end close and issue GAAP financials by the 5th
working day of each month.
o Research state statutes to ensure compliance with domiciliary
regulations.

o Developed and recorded monthly GAAP GL entries in addition to

revenue of approximately $2 million.
Controller - Promoted to Controller in June 1999
