Project goals: Creating of the application to automate everyday tasks of PR

specialist: sending of electronic and ordinary letters to clients,

reminders, schedule work, activity monitoring.

Achievements in the project: Data base structure (MSSQL) is designed and

developed as well as the application interacting with it (Delphi). The

following tasks are solved: sending of letters by protocol SMTP, automated

printing of letter envelopes by template by means of MS Office, net working

mode with access control.
