polyimide roll to roll manufacturing line. Develop, optimize and improve
the process, design and develop phase-shift masks (PSM) for new products;
sustain the equipment performance, write technical specifications and
mentor area technicians. Qualified DARPA DUV excimer laser ablation
equipment 2 months ahead of schedule, eliminating the capacity limiter and
generating incremental revenue 1 quarter ahead of expectations.
