Setup ticklers on an AFS system for tracking original legal documents on
commercial loan transactions, track collateral on a Collateral Exception
Report for NJ and PA region, and receive executed legal documents.
Responsible for separation and transfer of legal documents to a central on-
line Virtual Vault system and deletion of ticklers. Manage recording of
Mortgages/Deed of Trust and Modification of Mortgages/Deed of Trust with
title companies. Handle ordering of Certificate of Good Standings and UCC
filings for appropriate State and Counties.
