Account Executive / Production Control Supervisor (2009 - Present)
In charge of multiple accounts of printing of folded boxes for customer
needs. Plan & Manage vendor inventory using customers MRP. Responsible for
customer complaints, CAR's, quality of product, schedule shipments,
purchasing, shipping, invoicing etc. Production Control supervisor, and
Master Scheduling production floor.

NPI SR. Commodity Specialist (2000 - 2009)
Worked with 200 engineers on a number of different new projects. Planned
and bought parts and coordinated builds of assemblies for the new tools. I
was responsible for buying electronic and mechanical parts for many
different projects in the semiconductor industry. Including PCB's, electro
/ mech assemblies, fiber optics, glass, enclosures, magnets, IC's etc.
Managed budget costs for projects, reported to management on status.
Completed ECO's on parts, managed over 40 suppliers, expedited parts,
rescheduled if needed. Sourced suppliers, audits, accounting problems
solved. Sourced new qualified suppliers and added them to our AVL. "Project
Manager" of numerous new items.
Commodity Specialist 2/ Planner (1986 - 2000)
Responsible for buying / planning of parts via MRP (SAP) to meet production
schedule. 14 years of planning, buying and expediting my own parts. Managed
over 40 suppliers, cost savings projects, quality issues, sourcing new
suppliers, supplier audits, supervised two buyer / planners. Saved over 10
million dollars in favorable PPV. Global sourcing, develop HLA (Higher
Level Assemblies) strategies, DFX (Design for Manufacturing) projects.
Kanbans, JIT, and point of use suppliers.
Production Control Coordinator (1979 - 1986)
Coordinated parts for production to meet shipment schedule. Interfaced with
purchasing, quality, accounting, marketing, production. Handled ECO's,
rework of parts, expediting, shop floor control. Responsible for 300
million dollar a year schedule. Flow line management, cell construction,
JIT, KANBANS, DFX set up, Six Sigma, 7 Step Process.
