AutoCAD recently moved from a CHM-based help system to online help. Participated, along with other

team members, in providing feedback on this new format and functionality.

Wrote more than 60 readmes for various releases. Received special recognition (AutoBucks) in December

2008 for work on the AutoCAD 2009 subscription release. Served as a taskforce representative to improve

readmes for all products. Created internal process documents on writing readmes to assist and train other writers.
