Fully restructured the Export Unit attaining a 90.0 % reduction in export
associated expenses (USD 450,000) and a 10.0% reduction in export costs
(USD 120,000).
Increased export volumes by 35.0% (10,000 MT) and export revenues by 15.0%
( USD 3,000,000) growing the unit's export sales to 40.000 MT approx. USD
35,000,000.
Redesigned and coordinated exports logistics.

Initiated a strategic alliance with CMPC (pulp supplier) based on the
