Customer Satisfaction Data Analyst (2004-present - Detroit, MI)

Primary customer satisfaction data analyst for Delphi Thermal and Interior

(later Delphi Thermal) integrating data from over 150 global sites into a

comprehensive database that served as the source of all customer

satisfaction metrics for the division including reporting of metrics to

divisional executive staff as well as to corporate headquarters.

. Improved reporting efficiency by adapting databases to new

organization allowing for a significant reduction in manpower - from a

team of four down to one person for monitoring and reporting metrics.

. Improved quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting by expanding

scope of database to all global sites.

consistent and more accurate reporting of customer metrics.

Responsible for providing reliability input into product and system design

teams including the facilitation of Failure Modes and Effects Analyses

(FMEAs). Responsible for tracking and reporting customer metrics including

assembly plant complaints and warranty.

. Spearheaded the implementation of system-level Design Failure Modes

and Effects Analyses (DFMEAs) for automotive air-conditioning systems

resulting in improved first-run capability.

. Facilitated Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) for

new products and processes resulting in reduced scrap and re-operation

from the first day of production.

. Developed Microsoft Access-based systems to monitor and report

customer assembly plant data that streamlined reporting and are still

in use today.

. Developed an algorithm within Microsoft Excel to project early

warranty data into one-year and three-year time periods for automotive

air-conditioning systems.

Systems Engineer (1987-1992 - Lockport, NY)

Responsible for coordinating customer application of air-conditioning

compressors to new vehicle programs with a focus on improved performance

and durability and reduction in noise.
