Helpdesk Lead
1 Led a group of 15 helpdesk associates to determine severity of helpdesk-
related issues within UHG's local and remote groups. Determined and
delegated Severity one and two issues to appropriate technical staff, i.e.,
Server, Middleware, Software Development staff. Followed up with
respective staff until high severity issues were rectified.

Worked within a team of seven QA Engineers, testing and logging bugs
against software released by the Windows engineering team for the Black

Independently maintained and administered 4 NT servers while also
acting as desktop support, troubleshooting various problems within the

As part of a team, supported over 60 end-users, locally and remotely,

Provided support for more than 100 users in a Windows 95, 98 and NT
Workstation environment as a member of the Computer Support team. Upgraded
and replaced various software and hardware components such as Operating
