Charge of communication sites for the Department of the
Army, to research and development of non-communications
based signal intelligence equipment. The communications
sites would equate to a "Central Office environment,
installation of circuits, both narrowband and wideband,
main distribution frame wiring, quality assurance
testing of circuits on a scheduled basis, and trouble
ticket response and fault isolation.

company. We serviced over 200 customer's in the
Arizona/Southern California area, concentrating on PBX
sales and maintenance. We offered a service program
that allowed our customers to subsidize their operating
expenses by creating a revenue stream through their 0+
and 0- calls through their phone systems. We also did
new construction for hotels, including all low voltage
cabling, voice, data and fire suppression.

Operations Manager for AT&T Local Services, for the Phoenix Metro
area. Over 3000 route miles, with 150+ on-net buildings, including 20
LEC collocations. 10 technicians assigned, with an average of 65 service
order's on a daily basis. I coordinated all assignments, arranged access,
Wrote maintenance MOP's, corrected as-builds, and mentored
employees during their growth in the industry. Maintained a 99.99 up
time for all owned facilities, and worked with the local exchange carriers
on all leased facilities. Service delivery was critical, with a 10 day
turn around for on net order's.

Hired by former TCG/AT&T management to launch and manage the Phoenix
Network. Supervised and managed the initial construction
Of the Phoenix Central Offices, and LEC Collocations. Responsible
for
data basing the offices in the circuit design systems, number and
trunking acquisition and installation. Type II trunking to the local
and toll tandem's, and end offices. Managed circuit design personnel,
and order entry personnel for customer order's. Ordered all sonet, DACS,
and DMS-500 equipment, and budgeting.

[Senior Engineer-Network West Area Transport Planning]
Initially the position was working with the Desert Mountain
Region(AZ, NM, and Las Vegas on circuit design, ordering, and order
tracking.
Migrated to the West Area Planning group in 2003, taking over the
responsibilities for the transport planning function for the Desert
Mountain States. Assisted the regional transport managers with budget
preparation and submittal, cost reduction initiatives, and bid submittal
and responses(RFQ/RFP). I was responsible for over 5 million dollars in
savings through cost reductions in private line optimization, and re-
hubbing projects.
